These Terms & Conditions set forth the guidelines for using the SHOFER website and services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the services.
Definitions
- “SHOFER,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company providing luxury car and chauffeur services.
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using the services.
- “Services” includes all offerings provided by SHOFER, including chauffeured transportation.
Booking & reservations
- Booking process: Accurate and complete information must be provided through the website or customer service team. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Confirmation: Confirmed reservations receive an email containing reservation details. Please review it and report discrepancies.
- Payment: Payment is required at booking or as otherwise agreed. Major credit cards and other payment methods specified by SHOFER are accepted.
- Changes & cancellations: Reservations may be modified or cancelled subject to the cancellation policy. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service, and no-shows, are billed in full due to allocated vehicle and chauffeur scheduling.
Service conditions
- Chauffeur conduct: SHOFER chauffeurs are expected to be courteous, punctual, professional, and confidential.
- Client responsibilities: Clients are responsible for appropriate behavior. A chauffeur may terminate service if a client or passenger engages in illegal or inappropriate behavior.
- Vehicle use: Vehicles are intended for transportation. Damage caused by a client or passenger is the client’s responsibility.
Pricing & additional charges
Service prices are provided during booking or outlined on the SHOFER website. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or special requests; these charges will be communicated and added to the final bill.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
Changes to these terms
SHOFER may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
